7 Advices for Parents for Prevention against Cancer

* A Healthy Nutritional Diet from the Beginning:
The child needs nutrition to grow. Most children can learn what kind of nutritional diet they should eat through three main steps:

1- Decrease intake of fat and grease
To more than ½ of your baby's intake of food calories - if your baby is more than two years old try giving him/her low-fat milk.

2- Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits
The child should eat fruits or vegetables 5 times a day - ¼ - ½ cup of vegetables in each meal.
½ a cup of fruit juice or pieces of fruit.

3- A diet rich in fibers:
An unpeeled apple contains 3.5 g of fiber. You can calculate your child's need in fiber according to the following formula:
Your child's age + 5 = needed quantity of fibers per day.
