The committee adopted the following recommendations:

1. The participants in this conference would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to his Highness the Prince of Qatar and the crown prince for their gracious sponsoring of all activities and scientific proceedings in Qatar.

The participants in this conference would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser Al Masnad, wife of his Highness the Prince of Qatar and the President of the Higher Council for Family Affairs in Qatar for placing this conference under her patronage.

The participants decided also to extend letters of gratitude and appreciation to his Highness the Prince of Qatar and his crown prince and the wife of his Highness the Prince of Qatar and the President of the higher committee of this conference.

The participants would also like to thank all those who have participated in preparing and organizing this conference and would like to commend the good organization, preparation and hospitality and all the efforts exerted in order to ensure the welfare of the participants. Deepest gratitude is first and foremost extended to Sheikh Dr. Khaled Bin Jaber Al Thani, President of the Gulf Cancer Union and Dr. Khaled Ahmad Saleh, Secretary General of the Union, for their efforts in following up and supervising all the details related to the preparations of the conference and that allowed the smooth proceeding of the works of the conference. Also, we would like to thank Dr. Abdel Azeem Hussein, Vice-President of the Qatar National Cancer Society for his efforts all throughout the period of the preparation of this conference and also we would like to thank the secretarial body, the public relations department and all those working in the conference.
